American Hire Cars
America has some of the biggest cars in the world, its part of the culture essentially, but this doesn't mean that "Gas Guzzlers" are a problem for your wallet. On a recent trip to America I spoke to a local who was complaining that the price of fuel was the highest it had been for a long time, but for someone from Britain the exchange rate meant filling up the tank of these cars cost far less then back in the UK. Fuel prices in America can be found around the net if you wish to find out more to help you budget, with sites like GasBuddy.com.
Lincoln Town Car
One hire car that prides itself on being luxury is the Lincoln Town Car. Most stretch limousines are variations of the Lincoln and if that doesn't say something about its quality then nothing will. Fitted with electrically adjustable seats and air conditioning this car is the most comfortable car that I myself have had the pleasure of riding in and even after eight hours driving didn't become a chore.

Ford Freestar
This seven seater is great for larger families, groups or those needing a lot of cargo space on the road with a roof rack available for extra storage. Although it may not have the style that the other cars have on this page it is no less relevant because of its size. In fact its size is unmatched and with air conditioning and around three feet of leg room on average per row its the only way to travel!

Oldsmobile Alero
Great for those traveling with lots of awkward luggage, the Oldsmobile Alero boasts a 14.6 cubic foot boot with a low lift over height. Its innovative rear seat adjustment also means for longer cargo you don't need to sacrifice the rear seating to make room. Seating five passengers the Alero knows how to keep them all happy with its climate control system and includes tinted glass to help keep the heat out on those long hot days on the road in the USA.

Ford Mustang Coupe
A true king of the road the Ford Mustang is a name that most people admire. This is the kind of car that is a real treat to drive and will leave you feeling thrilled from the outset. This comes in many different styles depending on your use with the Coupe being the only four seat version available. You can however go for the sportier models if you wish though!

Chrysler Sebring
This stylish four seater convertible is a hire car that you can truly make the best of in the USA. Take down the roof, turn up the stereo and cruise those long highways confidently and comfortably. A lot of Americans would call a fine car on a long road part of the American dream and is whole heartedly a part of the American experience that is worth sampling.
